We want to make your return as easy as possible! Here’s a quick rundown on how refunds work:
- Returning your product: Before you get started, take a look at our Returns support article to make sure your purchase is eligible for a refund and to get all the return instructions.
- Please note: to receive a refund, your return must be previously approved by our support team, and an RMA number issued in order to send back the package. Without the RMA number, we won’t be able to process your return.
- Refund process: Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund and send you an email confirmation.
- Condition of items: If the items are damaged when we receive them, we will be unable to issue a refund.
- Note: For specific returns of Sponge n’ Go, the item must be unopened and unused.
- Refund method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method you used.
- Processing time: It usually takes 7-10 business days for the refund to show up in your account, depending on your bank.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping fees and any related taxes and duties (if applicable) aren’t refundable.
