If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it within 120 days of your order being shipped (for purchases made on our website).
Ready to send your product back? Follow these simple steps:
- Contact our support team here and request the return address and RMA number. To be eligible for a return, an original order number is required.
- Return the product to the address we will provide, ensuring the RMA number is on the return label. While we prefer the original packaging, any box that can safely be shipped will do.
- Please note: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using delivery confirmation to avoid any delays.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method after your return has been processed at the warehouse. Original shipping costs (and the associated taxes & duties, if applicable) are non-refundable.
If a bundle was purchased, all items within the bundle must be returned together to qualify for a refund. For instance, if you bought a 'Buy 2 Get 1 Free' bundle, you must return the entire bundle, not just a specific item.
For items purchased from a partner or third party:
If you bought your product from a partner or third party, we won’t be able to process refunds or replacements for those items. Please reach out to the respective partner for their terms and conditions regarding returns and exchanges.
